Patricia Maus Benit-Laing

Patricia Benit-Laing is a Contract Drawing Instructor with the New Orleans Drawing Group/Orble, where she has served since June 2026, designing and leading beginner-friendly drawing workshops for adults, developing lesson plans, demonstrations, supply guidance, and hands-on exercises that strengthen observation, technique, and confidence. She was also a Production Manager at The New Orleans Chamber Orchestra, coordinating administrative and production needs for chamber music concerts, including scheduling, venue coordination, communications, event logistics, and guest ticket arrangements. Previously, she was a Franchise Owner and Operations Lead at Pet Wants Garden District, where she led day-to-day operations, developed repeatable training systems, and used operational metrics to guide continuous improvement, and worked in Enrichment Program Improvement at Athlos Academy - Jefferson Parish, building scalable learning experiences across online, recorded, and cohort-based formats. Earlier, she spent nearly 14 years in gifted education and youth development across multiple mission-driven organizations in the Greater New Orleans Region, designing repeatable program structures, coaching educators, and supporting diverse learners. Throughout her career, she has developed deep expertise in program management, project planning, curriculum development, and operations leadership.
