Her Interview
Ten minutes with Patricia
01What do you attribute your success to?
Wanting a good life for my family. It all boils down to we make the path that we go down. Nobody's gonna make it for us and knowing that I want my family to have a good path in life and not to see struggles.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Creating goals and sticking to them. Identify what your goals are and work towards them even if they change. Stick to that vision.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Wake up every day with the idea of today is not the day that I'm gonna quit. Consistency is key. If you set your schedule stick to it because there's nobody here to make sure that you're gonna succeed. You have to push yourself.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Treating others the way that you want to be treated. Treating everybody like they're your most favorite person in the whole wide world. Family is the big one.
