01What do you attribute your success to?
I have found through my long work experience that people give up too easily. And to be successful you may have failures along the way but that doesn't mean you're a failure. It just means you failed at something. And there's more to be done. You have to have what I like to call grit. And with grit that means if you're not down you get back up and go at it again. And keep working at something until it does become successful. Or you move on to something else and you can become successful with that. Grit is my word.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Take advantage of learning opportunities. If none are offered, ask for those learning opportunities, and find someone within the company that will mentor you and help you build your skill sets. So that you can continually move upwards and have that upward mobility, no matter where you're at.
