Her Story

About Patricia

I've been in the property management industry for about 15 years, and I currently serve as Regional Property Manager for TAM Residential, where I've been for about a year. My main areas of expertise are team leadership and operations management. One of my most notable professional achievements came in 2025 when I received an award for turning around and most improved NOI for a struggling asset. What inspired me to get into this field was actually a bad experience, which motivated me to make a difference. Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to work with incredible mentors, including Natalie Griego, who is currently my VP and I've worked with her at two different companies, as well as Ashley Reese and Jocelyn Hicks, who is a director of operations for Dominion. I attribute my success to the fact that I love people. Because this is a people-driven job, I believe it's important to remember to stay human, even though it's business. Outside of work, I'm a mother of two, and I enjoy reading, spending time with my family, and traveling. My husband and I are also starting to become more involved in our church.
