I attribute my success to the incredible people I work with and the guidance of a mentor who has supported my growth. My love for math and problem-solving inspired me to pursue this field, and I started my journey as a temp, learning and growing every step of the way.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to put yourself out there, speak up, and voice your opinion. I’ve been fortunate to have a mentor in my current boss, Michael McCormack, whose guidance and support have been invaluable to my growth.

I would tell young women entering this industry to work hard, put themselves out there, never let anyone silence their voice, be a strong team player, and seize every opportunity that comes their way.

One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is adapting to and leveraging AI technology effectively.
