What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my resilience in overcoming obstacles and my proactive, results-driven approach. I am committed to taking initiative and pursuing opportunities with determination and focus.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is that every difference makes a difference. It reminds me that even small contributions, unique perspectives, or subtle choices can have a meaningful impact over time.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering my industry to believe in themselves, manage their time intentionally, and prioritize balance. By sharing my own journey — leaving an abusive relationship and raising a child as a single mother while advancing my career — I hope to inspire others to overcome challenges and create their own path to stability and success.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is navigating a male-dominated environment, which can present barriers to visibility and advancement. Additionally, balancing career opportunities that require travel with the responsibilities of being a single mother can be difficult. At the same time, these challenges present opportunities to demonstrate resilience, advocate for inclusive practices, and find innovative ways to lead and succeed despite constraints.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide me both professionally and personally are honesty, integrity, and perseverance. I also prioritize compassion, empowering others, and serving as a positive role model. These principles shape the way I lead, make decisions, and interact with those around me.
