01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

It's not easy because there are so many different personalities that you deal with. However if you feel that that is your calling you can be equipped to be able to carry it through. Have a good mentor and do self-development so that you're able to impart on others things that are solid and concrete. Each one of us carries a torch and has certain responsibilities.
