What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a strong commitment to continuous learning, adaptability in fast-evolving technical environments, and the confidence to step into leadership roles, even in male-dominated spaces. Persistence, thorough preparation, and staying current with emerging technologies have been essential to my professional growth and long-term success.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is to pursue what I’m truly passionate about, never stop learning, and always give my best—committing not only to excellence and strong results, but also to fostering a healthy and collaborative work environment, because when teams feel supported and motivated, collaboration flows and results naturally improve. Supportive leaders and colleagues have reinforced this mindset by encouraging me to take on new challenges, pursue continuous learning, and grow intentionally within my field. Their guidance shaped my belief that long-term success in technology comes from combining technical excellence with purpose, integrity, and a genuine commitment to the well-being of the teams we work with.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage young women entering the technology and project management field to remain confident, commit to continuous learning, and pursue relevant professional training—placing importance not only on technical skills, but also on soft skills. Don’t be discouraged by male-dominated environments; preparation, knowledge, and expertise are powerful tools. Stay focused, keep building your skills, and be ready to demonstrate your potential when opportunities arise.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The rapid pace of technological change—particularly advancements in artificial intelligence and continuously emerging technologies—represents both the greatest challenge and the greatest opportunity in my field. While staying current requires ongoing learning and adaptability, it also creates significant opportunities for professionals who are willing to embrace change and lead transformation initiatives.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are growth, integrity, accountability, excellence, perseverance, and balance. I strive to deliver high-quality work while continuously investing in my education and professional development, and I place equal importance on maintaining personal interests that support a healthy, well-rounded life. Outside of work, I value staying active and creative. I enjoy playing pickleball, following and participating in sports, playing the piano, and engaging in social activities with family, friends, and colleagues. These activities help me maintain balance, mental focus, and overall well-being alongside my professional responsibilities.
