Ten minutes with Patty
01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be curious and willing to try new things. None of this was a grand plan. I am a very curious person and always ask why five times when solving something. Be willing to try new things and never say it's not my job.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge is having the right leadership support from the top down. Without it you cannot make big changes. The biggest opportunity is getting money back, time back, de-risking things, and letting people do higher quality work by fixing problems at the root instead of band-aiding them.
