About Paula
Paula Bell has been in the field of education for over 20 years. She currently serves as a coach mentor, coaching and supporting other coaches and instructional coaches in programs including Head Start, Early Head Start, and public school districts using company solutions. She has been with her company for 7 years and in the coach mentor role for the last 3 years, working remotely to facilitate 30-minute coaching sessions via Zoom or Teams and handling large implementation plans. Previously, she began as a preschool teacher in the classroom for Head Start and a New Jersey public school district. She then served as a master teacher and instructional coach for about 11 years before becoming a trainer for Rutgers University for 2 years. She later worked as an independent contractor trainer for 4 years, traveling nationally especially to Miami, leveraging her bilingual skills. She holds a master's degree in liberal arts, which she pursued after initially starting a master's in educational leadership, and a bachelor's degree in political science. Her professional goals include teaching introductory college courses while continuing her coaching work to stay current with evolving practices in early childhood education.
