Paula Mariana Herrera

Paula Herrera serves as Event Operations Director at Le Bourgeois Vineyards, the second largest winery in Missouri. In this role since approximately 2023, she manages all event operations, including staff oversight, contract review, and customization of experiences for weddings, corporate events, and private events. She coordinates across marketing, culinary, wholesale, and wine production teams. Herrera brings roughly 12 years of service industry experience, having progressed from hostess and server roles through management positions. Prior to her current focus, she worked in federal program coordination and operations for refugee resettlement with Catholic Charities of Central and Northern Missouri and at a housing authority. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri in international studies with an emphasis in peace studies, along with minors in Spanish and political science, and graduated from Hickman High School. Fluent in Spanish, she maintains membership in the National Restaurant Workers Alliance and supports local initiatives including refugee resettlement through City of Refuge and efforts to advance women in politics.
