About Paula
I began my own inner exploration in 1988 when I was picked up hitchhiking by the right person at the right time. This led to the beginning of my path in recovery from addiction at the age of 20. I began to learn about spiritual principles, then began to practice them, and the principles began to support my journey in ways I would never have dreamed of. I have been gifted by synchronicities with my personal and professional life that I am deeply grateful for.
I currently live in Colorado with my husband. We married in 2024 and blended our family. We have four kids ages 17-36 and two grandchildren. I conduct one-on-one sessions, foster my membership, The Light House, and hold group sessions (paid and free) from my home. I speak in-person to groups of all sizes and intentions wherever I am called. I love to travel and do so for professional, family, and adventure getaways whenever I can.
My love for writing and prose has been a part of who I am from a very young age. I am currently in the process of writing a book series that I am hopeful will be represented by an agent and publisher that deeply align with my message and voice in the world.

01What do you attribute your success to?
Initially, a great deal of my success was due to divine intervention and synchronicity. This developed into an intention to give back to others, which has led me on a path of significant growth in spiritual insight and practice, affecting every area of my life in a fruitful way.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Find something that you love, and find a way to get paid for it.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Know that all growth must start within. Develop a daily practice of Divine Alignment and watch how the world shows you the way.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Time management while balancing becoming a paid speaker, writing more books, and maintaining a full-time practice.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity, spiritual growth, family, and health - physically, mentally, and financially.
