Paula Oggero

Paula Oggero is a seasoned healthcare operations and supply chain professional with over two decades of experience across clinical, educational, and business development roles. She currently serves as a Supply Chain Consultant at Owens & Minor, where she brings deep industry expertise to help healthcare organizations streamline operations and optimize supply chain performance. Her strong foundation in radiologic sciences, paired with years of leadership in asset and procurement management, makes her a valuable strategic partner in both clinical and corporate settings.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Sciences from the University of Central Florida, Paula has held pivotal roles throughout her career, including Center Manager, Radiology Manager, and Director of Business Development. She has also shared her knowledge as an adjunct instructor, mentoring the next generation of radiologic technologists. Known for her collaborative leadership and commitment to fostering positive work environments, Paula believes in leading by example and continuously learning from others.

Beyond her professional achievements, Paula is actively involved in community service. She serves on the board of Her Voice in the Darkness, a nonprofit focused on women's emotional health, and has volunteered with organizations like Disney's Make-A-Wish Foundation.
