She is an education leader with experience in instructional leadership, campus administration, special education evaluation, 504 planning, and teacher coaching. She currently serves as Dean of Instruction at Everman ISD, following her role as Assistant Principal, where she supported campus operations, instructional standards, student attendance, discipline monitoring, and teacher mentorship. Her background also includes work as an Educational Diagnostician, 504 Coordinator, Administrative Intern, and Lead Chemistry Teacher, reflecting strong expertise in student support, compliance, inclusive education, and academic improvement.
