Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a lifetime of growth through expansion—stepping into evolving roles, transforming personal trauma through my doctorate in Christian counseling, and boldly transitioning from corporate America into purpose-driven entrepreneurship, keynote speaking, and authorship centered on empowering women.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received came from my mentor, the late Dr. Myles Munroe, who challenged me not to limit my purpose to the four walls of the church but to think in terms of Kingdom impact that reaches every area of life. That guidance continues to shape how I lead, teach, and serve beyond traditional boundaries.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would tell young women entering this industry that “no” is not an answer from the world when I K-N-O-W what God has planned for me—walk boldly in your calling, trust His direction, and don’t allow outside voices to limit what He has already affirmed.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Discipline is central to my work and personal life, and I value making space to recharge and stay present—whether that’s traveling on cruises or skating with my grandchildren in the beautiful parks around Houston.
