She completed an internship with the National Society of Leadership and Success and received an award from the organization. Her professional goals include potentially owning her own insurance agency within the next five years. Paulina attributes her success to faith, trust in herself, and a strong support system from family and those around her. She is actively involved in community efforts, including fundraisers and assisting the Hispanic and first-generation immigrant community through her office's initiatives.

My success comes from faith and trust in myself, along with a strong support system from my family and the people I surround myself with. I believe in never judging a book by its cover, always giving people a chance, and surrounding myself with those who have similar interests, motivate me, and promote good things for me. These people keep me encouraged to do what I love.
