Her Story
About Paulina
Paulina Morning brings more than 13 years of creative expertise to her role as founder of STU Creatives, a marketing agency she established in 2024. Her journey began in high school with freelance artistry, which evolved into a photography business and later illustration work. Today she focuses on building strong foundations for entrepreneurs and founders by setting up websites, refining brand messaging, and ensuring cohesive aesthetics that enable measurable results rather than rapid content production. She holds an associate's degree in a business pathway and is completing her Bachelor's of Science in Marketing at Western Governors University. Morning credits her progress to a supportive community of family and friends and emphasizes values of honesty, confidence, transparency, and human empathy in both her professional and personal life. She advises aspiring professionals to act before feeling fully ready and to keep creativity central while allowing space for growth through mistakes.
Her Interview
Ten minutes with Paulina
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to having a very strong community and lots of people who support and believe in my vision. I don't think I would have been able to start or get as far as I have gotten without the support and love from my family and my friends.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I ever received was 'Do it before you feel ready to do it.' That was the best one for me because a lot of times I do feel anxious and scared, and I've kind of got over my fear of failing. Had I not, then I probably would have never even started my marketing agency.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would say keep creativity first and don't take yourself too seriously. Allow room for yourself to make mistakes and grow.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge right now is finding clients. It's more than just sending an email. You actually have to put yourself out in the open, go to events, and not be shy. I have to face the fear and go out there and keep pushing.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Being very honest and confident about who you are and what your vision is. Being very transparent, very human, especially in the world we're navigating with AI. I really value human empathy and transparency.
