Payal Dhingra is a senior program and technology leader with 20+ years of experience across companies including ServiceNow, Cisco, PayPal, Agilent Technologies, and Delta Dental. She specializes in program management, PMO strategy, Agile transformation, technology implementation, risk management, and cross-functional leadership. She has led complex, large-scale initiatives, including a $26M Cisco transformation program, and currently serves as a Principal Program Manager at ServiceNow. She holds an MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University.
