Penelope La Lota is a seasoned Senior Project Manager at PRUGENT Shop Fitting Solutions, where she leads end-to-end development of luxury retail environments for high-profile brands in the cosmetics and fragrance industries. With over a decade of experience in shopfitting and visual merchandising, Penelope specializes in transforming brand visions into high-impact physical spaces, managing everything from concept to installation for clients such as L'Oréal, Shiseido, COTY, and LVMH. For the past four years, she has driven complex projects within travel retail and department store sectors, ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction at every stage.
Penelope has been with DIAM International (PRUGENT) for 10 years, advancing through multiple roles from hands-on production to project leadership. She brings technical fluency in a wide range of materials and production processes, alongside a strong command of vendor management, cost estimation, and client communications. Originally educated in her home country, Penelope paused her degree pursuit after relocating to the U.S. due to high tuition costs, instead focusing on building her career from the ground up. Her journey reflects resilience, adaptability, and a passion for excellence that has earned her the respect of clients, peers, and partners across the industry.
