Perla Perez

Perla Perez has been working in talent acquisition for approximately five years after making a career transition at the end of 2021. She is employed by DCX, a global outsourcing company, where she serves in a senior capacity as the liaison between the sourcing team and client experience. In this role, Perla navigates client interviews and guides them to better understand candidates' experiences, while offering professional recommendations to the clients she supports. Perla values sincerity and generosity in her professional approach, which she credits for building strong relationships despite lacking a traditional corporate background. She overcame initial challenges in entering the corporate world by emphasizing her ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Perla holds a SHRM certification obtained in 2025. She attended an art school for high school and remains involved with the Young Arts program, donating time and resources to support arts education for youth. Perla is based in Miami, Florida, and has benefited from mentorship by managers Maritere and Abigail, who helped her develop confidence and problem-solving skills in her role.
