02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received is to remember that work is never more important than health and family. No matter how dedicated you are to your job, life must come first, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance is essential.

I would encourage young women entering my industry to develop a strong work ethic, stay committed to their goals, and consistently demonstrate dedication and perseverance in everything they do.
