What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to act like the CEO of your business, not just an employee. Focus on being productive rather than reactive, and take ownership of your vision while empowering yourself and others along the way.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are balance and connection. While I’m committed to helping others grow professionally, I also make time to enjoy family, play video games, and nurture relationships that keep me grounded and energized.
