The best career advice I’ve ever received is to be authentic and not dwell on what I haven’t accomplished. Instead, I focus on what each experience has taught me and use those lessons to keep moving forward.

My advice to young women entering the industry is to take the time to learn the process behind achieving your goals. Understanding how things work will empower you to make informed decisions, grow your skills, and build a strong foundation for long-term success.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

There are always opportunities in this field—you just have to be open to seeing them. One of the biggest keys to success is learning to be a good listener. By truly listening, you gain insights that help you grow, build stronger relationships, and make better decisions.
