Hey Ya’ll 👋 As a dynamic global leader with 10+ years of experience, I specialize in crafting and implementing innovative solutions that elevate customer success.

♟️Currently, I lead a dedicated team in executing an omnichannel talent attraction strategy that fosters strong engagement with a cleared talent pool. My passion for driving results and creating inclusive environments enables us to connect with the best talent in the industry.

🎙️ Let’s chat about the evolution of talent attraction and candidate behaviors. Or how AI is transforming the future of #TA.

🤠 Personally, I’m just a city girl who moved from Michigan to North Carolina and found a country feller and live an outdoorsy and adventurous life with my son, bonus kids & bonus grand kids.

🦸‍♀️ My superpowers include staying positive during challenging times - adapting and identifying new ways of working, storytelling through data, leading with empathy and kindness in all aspects of life, and staying motivated to #GSD.

💡 Myers Briggs (MBTI): ESFJ - I understand a sense of duty, and organization 👉 you can depend on me! It is important to me to build relationships, get to know the authenticity of people and truly care and value the differences each person brings.

💡 Clifton Strengths: Achiever, Discipline, Individualization, Positivity, Responsibility

💡DISC Style: ICS/IS (Behavioral Style: Coach) - Your response pattern to the instrument indicates that you have an empathetic listening style. As you know, this is a rare gift. Some listening skills can be taught, but the inherent, sincere listening that you demonstrate is something innate. With regard to decision making, you tend to listen carefully to alternatives before making a judgment. The decisions you tend to make are not knee-jerk or crisis reactions, but rather thoughtful deliberations taken in a manner that considers the full scope of outcomes.

Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to having a village that supports me. When you surround yourself with people that are influential, that guide you, that encourage you, that empower you, there's no limit to how far you can go. I've been very blessed to be able to have that in my career and in my life. It's that village of people who have championed me and helped me achieve more than I thought possible. And I hope to pay that forward!

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I've received would be to achieve more than what you think you're capable of. When you think that you've got it, there's always more in you. I always find that to be true. I remember a mentor told me to be proud of your work enough that you wouldn't hesitate to show it to the CEO of your company. So everything I work on, I take a step back and kind of reflect on it and say, would I be proud to stand up and share this with the CEO. I've had a lot of great mentors throughout my career who have given me wisdom like this.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Stay curious. Ask questions. Because the more that you learn, the more you'll be able to identify opportunities for growth. Curiosity and asking questions are what will help you advance and open doors in this field.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

I would say the economy is the biggest challenge right now, and it's out of our control. But what we can do is we can live the values of our company. We can showcase those, tell the stories of all the great things and opportunities that are available. Because people don't know unless you show them. Even in challenging economic times, we have the opportunity to demonstrate our company's values and share the stories that reveal what's possible.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Having trusting relationships, loyalty, and passion are most important to me. Because when you have all of those things, you're able to truly do what you love, both personally and professionally. These three values work together to create a foundation for success and fulfillment in every area of life.
