Prior to launching Purple Cow Consulting, Phyllis spent over a decade with BWH Hotels and Best Western Hotels & Resorts, where she led global business travel sales and managed enterprise-level client relationships across industries. Her leadership extends beyond corporate roles, serving as Executive Director for the Travel & Meeting Society (TAMS) and contributing her expertise to boards and organizations including NEBTA, HSMAI, ACTE, and Rotary International.
