Ten minutes with Pilar

01What do you attribute your success to?

The guidance and support of others in my professional and personal life. My husband, kids, immediate and extended family have always supported my career. I have mentors that have supported every transition and given me guidance. It's my community, professionally and personally, that I've had around me. I don't know where I'd be without them.
