She is a seasoned Employee Assistance Program (EAP) professional and psychotherapist with nearly three decades of experience in clinical services, program development, and organizational consulting. Currently serving as Faculty & Staff Assistance Program Consultant and Assistant Director at the University of Miami, she coordinates clinical services, provides supervision, develops and delivers psychoeducational presentations, and supports strategic planning and program implementation. She has held this role since 2008, serving the university community. Prior to this role, she served as EAP Manager and Clinical Case Manager at Psych/Care Inc., coordinating EAP functions for companies across the US and Caribbean, and as a psychotherapist at Partial Hospitalization Programs and Dade Psychiatric Associates. She holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Telecommunications from the University of Miami. She is recognized as a compassionate, skilled, and strategic clinician and leader who is deeply committed to supporting employee well-being, mental health, and organizational effectiveness through evidence-based practice and program innovation.
