Pooja Singh

She is a dedicated early childhood education leader, program director, and community-focused professional with over a decade of experience in education, healthcare, and family support services. Currently serving at CDI Head Start / Santa Cruz County, she oversees daily operations and family-centered support within a Head Start early childhood program, managing educators and support staff while coordinating classroom operations, hiring, scheduling, compliance, and emotionally supportive learning environments for approximately 25 children and their families across Santa Cruz County. She also serves as Founder of Soul Space Health, building a calm reflection platform designed to help people gain clarity before major life decisions through structured self-reflection. Prior to this role, she founded and directed 5 Senses Early Childhood Education, a play-based program serving families in Gilroy, CA, recognized through consistent 5-star parent reviews and local recognition awards. She also served as a Healthcare Specialist at Santa Clara Unified School District during the COVID-19 pandemic and as a Radiology Technician at Kaiser Permanente. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from San José State University and an Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology from Foothill College.
