Poonam dal

Poonam dal is an Executive Medical Director at Syneos Health, formerly known as INC Research. She earned her MD in India in 2003 and came to the United States in 2006. After the birth of her son in 2008, she pursued a Master's in Public Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating in December 2011. While completing her degree, she began working in clinical research, and in mid-2013 she joined INC Research as a medical scientist. She advanced to Associate Medical Director and now serves as Executive Medical Director, having completed 13 years with the company in June of this year. Her work focuses on clinical research and drug development, and she has contributed to at least five to six drugs that reached the market and benefited patients. She plans to continue growing in the drug development industry.
