What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now revolve around navigating a steep learning curve in both technical skills and client management. For those entering management levels, adapting to working across multiple companies in a service-based industry is essential. For those starting out, developing a strong balance of technical expertise and people skills is critical. I was honored to receive an award from TCS for a social impact project in India, which highlighted the importance of applying these skills to create meaningful change.
