Pragya Gupta

Pragya Gupta serves as Chief Operating Officer at iSolved, where she leads product, engineering, operations, go-to-market, marketing, and AI transformation teams for the $600 million HCM SaaS organization. She began her career in 2003 as a software engineer and .NET developer, later moving to the United States in 2007 to work at ITA Group in Des Moines, Iowa, for seven to eight years, followed by a stint at Wells Fargo. After relocating to South Florida in 2015, she joined Ultimate Software in 2016, which merged with Kronos to form UKG, where she served as head of platform for the $4 billion UKG Pro division until 2022. Gupta then joined iSolved as Chief Product and Technology Officer before assuming the COO role. She earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Iowa in 2015 with a focus on general management and holds certifications in product management, artificial intelligence from Stanford Online, and the PEAK CEO readiness program. Gupta founded Lean In South Florida, which has grown to approximately 150 members.
