She is an accomplished higher education administrator and student success professional with over eight years of experience in retention, outreach, admissions, and academic support. Currently serving as Assistant Director of the TRIO McNair Scholars Program at Bowling Green State University, she supports underrepresented students in pursuing graduate education and research opportunities.
