As a devoted mother and grandmother raising four grandchildren, she brings real-life experience, resilience, and heart-centered leadership into everything she does.

Precious began her professional journey in entrepreneurship in 2019, building a coaching practice that helps people navigate grief, career challenges, and personal development. In addition to her coaching work, she volunteers with community end-of-life and compassion programs, providing guidance and support to those in acute need. She is committed to creating spaces where individuals can thrive while staying aligned with their purpose and values. She holds a Master of Business Administration in Operations Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration, both from American Intercontinental University. What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to faith, perseverance, and lived experience. Life has taught me strength, patience, and the importance of trusting God’s timing. Every challenge has helped shape my character, deepen my compassion, and strengthen my commitment to serving others with purpose and integrity.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best advice I’ve received is to stay grounded in purpose and surround myself with people who support my growth. Success is not just about achievement — it’s about staying aligned with your values, protecting your peace, and building with intention.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell young women entering this field to believe in themselves, stay consistent, trust in God and the process, and always be authentic to who they are.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges is staying authentic while building in a fast-paced, competitive world. However, there is also a powerful opportunity to use social platforms, networking, and community connections to create meaningful impact and reach people who truly need encouragement, resources, and support.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are faith, family, and service, and I find joy in raising my four grandchildren, cooking, and reading.
