Healthcare and wellbeing professional with experience spanning clinical strategy support, research, and higher-education operations. Currently a Clinical Advisor at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, supporting the integration of specialty product lines (Dental, Vision, Stop Loss, Pharmacy, and Wellbeing) into a unified wellbeing strategy, analyzing clinical data on high-cost claimants and utilization trends, and contributing to client-facing presentations and operational improvements. Previously supported sociocultural mental health research with the SPIRE Study, applying qualitative methods, survey analysis, and confidential reporting practices. Additional roles at the University of Maryland include tech and instructional support for distance education, along with resident support and community operations. Completed a dual B.S. degree in Family Sciences and Information Sciences from the University of Maryland and is pursuing a Master of Healthcare Administration at The George Washington University.

01What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I think having third-party validation as to how hard I work is most important to me. I also do like to network, I do like to meet new people, I do like to just mingle with people, even if they're not within the sector of the field that I'm working on. But yeah, I think third-party validation speaks to me more, because it's always nice to hear that this person's also doing a good job outside of what everyone thinks that they're already doing.
