About Priscilla
Priscilla Davis is a learning development professional with more than 20 years of experience in the field. She owns Your Training Partners, a consultancy she officially launched in June, providing one-on-one coaching services with plans to grow into face-to-face training, AI tools, and soft skills development. Davis has websites in both the United States and Kenya, where she is building business operations with local partners. She holds a seminary degree and is the author of the book Can I Play in the Sandbox?, which provides tools to help people overcome project obstacles and create future plans, as well as the daily journal It's About You. Her work focuses on talent management and learning development, helping individuals navigate office dynamics and team development. In addition to her professional pursuits, Davis engages in mission work out of Kenya.
