Her Interview

Ten minutes with Priscilla

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my talent for resilience. The most successful people are those that get back up every time they are knocked down. Rolling with the punches has become send nature, and at this point in my life and my career, I feel unstoppable!

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

As a woman, the best career advice I've ever received is to not let anyone distract you from your dreams and your goals. The right partner will encourage you and push you to be the best you can be, while the wrong partner will drag you down and divert you from your path. Be self-aware enough to know that your goals and dreams are more important than anything else.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would say, to any woman entering a male-dominated field, to carry yourself with an air of confidence and perseverance. There is already so much stacked up against us, you have to believe in yourself if you expect anyone else to.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

I would say quite a few fields are battling with the challenges of AI on the horizon.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I would say my Integrity is a key value for me; always do what you say you are going to do. Your word is your promise, and it defines your character. The people that work with and around you will learn how dependable you are based on your commitment to showing up how you promised.
