Priscilla Harris is an Implementation Analyst II at MeridianLink, based in Orlando, Florida, with nearly 20 years of experience in financial services and credit union operations. Since beginning her career in 2006, she has developed deep expertise in banking systems, loan origination platforms, and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions. In her current role, she supports financial institutions in successfully deploying and optimizing MeridianLink’s digital banking and lending technologies, ensuring smooth implementation and strong alignment with each client’s operational needs.

What distinguishes Priscilla’s approach is her direct, hands-on background in the same systems she now implements for clients. Having previously worked within credit unions and banking environments using these platforms daily, she brings a practical, user-informed perspective to every deployment. She typically manages 7 to 10 client implementations at any given time, coordinating across multiple time zones and frequently working after hours to support project delivery. Her work includes building tailored system configurations for diverse markets, including Spanish-language implementations for clients in Puerto Rico, designed to support culturally and operationally specific workflows.

Throughout her career, Priscilla has been recognized for her commitment to communication, accountability, and on-time delivery. She actively monitors project timelines and proactively re-engages stakeholders when projects begin to drift, ensuring successful go-lives and minimizing implementation risk. One of her most notable achievements includes independently leading the simultaneous deployment of two major projects for a key client in Puerto Rico, serving as the sole implementation analyst on both initiatives, which resulted in a significant business impact for her organization. She is known for her adaptability, operational discipline, and consistent focus on delivering successful outcomes for clients.

Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to being honest, respectful, and mindful of others. My biggest principle is to treat others how you want to be treated, whether you're a client or a colleague. I believe in treating people the way I would want to be treated, and I do the same in return. This golden rule approach has guided me throughout my career and helps me build strong relationships with the clients and colleagues I work with every day.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I've ever received came from a lady I'll never forget who told me that no one can ever take your knowledge. Another piece of advice that really resonates with me, which I even have on my LinkedIn, is that only you can define your own success. I think sometimes we allow a company or somebody label our success or feel that we're successful because of external validation, but the truth is, you define your own success.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

The sky's the limit. There's no limit to what you can achieve. I always tell women not to ever underestimate what you possibly could do. Don't let anyone put boundaries on your potential or make you think you can't accomplish something. You have unlimited potential, so reach for it.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges I face in my field right now is seeing males being promoted over women with less experience and fewer years on the job. It's a male-dominated field, and that creates real barriers for women's advancement.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Honesty is the most important value to me in both my work and personal life. Being honest guides everything I do, whether I'm working with clients, collaborating with colleagues, or raising my children. It's the foundation of how I approach relationships and responsibilities.
