I attribute my success to the ability to keep expanding my mind and to keep growing. I believe that staying curious and open to learning has allowed me to continually improve both personally and professionally.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice for young women entering the workforce is to always try to get involved with the bosses—observe what they are doing and see how you can contribute. Don’t stay stagnant; find a mentor and learn all you can from those around you.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I value traveling, especially to different countries where I can learn about new cultures and try new foods. I also cherish spending time with my sons and giving back to my community, such as donating toys for Christmas.
