Her Interview
Ten minutes with Priscilla
01What do you attribute your success to?
I would say without a doubt the strength that the Lord has given me to come this far. It's been nothing without Jesus and my family. God and Jesus is the first answer, and of course my family and my professional peers as well.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Never give up. If you try once, if you try twice, if you at some point just give up on yourself, you're never gonna see and know the person you could be if you have never given up. Don't give up on yourself, don't give up on your dreams, try once, twice, sometimes if needed.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges is in-person versus remote setting. The opportunities are still endless if you pursue your professional improvement, getting more certificates, and improving your knowledge and vocabulary.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Balance is the most important thing. You want to be the best professional you can be... but I can't forget about my family as well. I have a husband that needs me, my kids need me. So I try to balance as much as I can.
