About Prisma
Prisma is a communications and marketing professional with over 10 years of experience bridging customer service and digital marketing. She began her career in October 2016 at Milk and Honey Spa in Austin, Texas, where she initially worked in customer service before expanding into marketing, contributing to copywriting and digital campaigns. During her nearly nine-year tenure, she honed her skills in client engagement, content creation, and brand promotion.
In 2025, Prisma relocated to Wichita, Kansas, where she now works at Citywide Facility Solutions in the facility maintenance industry. In her current role, she combines front desk customer service with digital marketing responsibilities, managing social media, content, and online presence. Her background in both customer-facing and marketing functions allows her to connect with clients while supporting the company's brand and communications strategy.
Prisma earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Marketing from Texas State University in 2018. Looking ahead, she aspires to grow into a marketing-focused role in creative direction or operations, leveraging her extensive experience in customer service and marketing to contribute to sales, operational strategy, and brand development.

01What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I would definitely like to be part of a community. Influential Women sounded like something I would love to get to know, and potentially, in the future, network with. I'll definitely keep in touch with your publications and social media and see where that takes me down the road. And we also need more women supporting women in these higher roles.
