What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my perseverance in achieving my dream of working in the USA, and to quickly earning the trust and recognition of my senior manager and director within just six months on the job.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to never stop learning and adapting. Technology and industries change so quickly, and the more open you are to learning new skills, the more opportunities you create for yourself. I was also told to focus on adding value—if I keep asking myself how my work can make a difference for the team, the company, or the customer, then growth and success will follow naturally.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the tech industry is simple: don’t give up. People may underestimate you, but remember, this world moves because of women—our resilience and ability to juggle multiple roles make us unstoppable.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
In my field, I see both challenges and opportunities. One of the biggest challenges is the pace at which technology is evolving — staying updated with new tools, frameworks, and best practices requires continuous learning. At the same time, that challenge creates opportunities, because those who adapt quickly can really make an impact. Another challenge is handling and securing large volumes of data, but that also opens opportunities to design smarter, more efficient, and more reliable systems. I think the real opportunity lies in applying these technologies not just for efficiency, but also for meaningful problem-solving that improves people’s lives.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
In both my work and personal life, the values most important to me are integrity, continuous learning, and collaboration. I believe in being honest and responsible in everything I do, because trust is the foundation of strong relationships. I also value growth—constantly learning new things and improving myself is something I carry into my career and my daily life. And finally, I strongly believe in teamwork and respect, because achieving meaningful results often comes from working well with others and supporting each other.
