Ten minutes with Priya

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to consistency, relationship-building, and a willingness to keep learning. I focus on understanding people’s needs, staying dependable, and always looking for ways to grow personally and professionally.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Never limit yourself by waiting until you feel completely ready. Growth comes from stepping into opportunities, learning along the way, and believing in your ability to adapt.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

To young women: trust yourself, speak up even when it feels uncomfortable, and never shrink your ambitions to fit someone else’s expectations. Your authenticity, confidence, and persistence will take you far.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge is building trust and creating personalized guidance in a fast-moving, digital world. Clients are not just looking for products — they want someone who truly understands their goals, listens to their concerns, and helps them make informed decisions for their families and future.

At the same time, there is a huge opportunity to empower more women, young professionals, and families to take control of their financial well-being through education, planning, and meaningful conversations.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

In both my personal and professional life, the values that matter most to me are:

  • Integrity — being honest, transparent, and doing the right thing even when no one is watching.
  • Empathy — understanding people’s unique situations and treating everyone with care and respect.
  • Growth mindset — continuously learning, adapting, and striving to become better every day.
  • Trust and relationships — strong relationships are built through consistency, reliability, and genuine support.
  • Empowerment — helping others feel confident, capable, and supported in achieving their goals.

I believe success is not only measured by achievements, but also by the positive impact we create in the lives of others.
