01What do you attribute your success to?

My work ethic and drive. I always want to give 100% and make things easy for people, thinking about how I would want my family members treated in the healthcare system. I make myself available and follow through on promises.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Talk to people, go to networking events, ask questions, keep pushing until you get a yes. Don't give up, be persistent, strong, assertive. Surround yourself with supportive people.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Biggest challenge is insurance approvals for medications. Opportunities for growth are phenomenal, especially educating doctors about non-opioid options and bringing back classic medications.

Integrity is the biggest value - being honest and upright. Family values are huge. Being trustworthy and having a good reputation.
