Her Story

About Quanda

Womb WatchAI® is a biotechnology infrastructure company that has pioneered the Bio-Intent Orchestration System™ (BIOS). Moving beyond classical tracking, BIOS is a quantum-native intelligence layer designed to decode 64,000+ biological variables and recognize health risks before harm occurs. The ecosystem is anchored by Rhythm by Womb WatchAI®, the first of nine product lines utilizing this advanced data-collection infrastructure. By navigating the "data desert" of women's health research, Womb WatchAI® provides the evidence-based clarity required to end healthcare dismissal, with protocols designed to cut endometriosis diagnosis times from a decade to just one year.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Quanda

01What do you attribute your success to?

Quanda Francis attributes her success to a combination of resilience, data-driven execution, and a commitment to social impact.

  • Resilience: She views challenges from her childhood, adolescence, and young adulthood not as setbacks, but as sources of inspiration that help one become the "best version" of themselves.
  • Data and Innovation: Her business motto, "A New Way to Execute, Let the Data Lead the Way," highlights her reliance on data and emerging technologies like AI and quantum computing to solve complex problems in finance and healthcare.
  • Purpose-Driven Mission: Her success is fueled by a desire to "level the playing field," whether through financial literacy (Fiscal Friend) or addressing systemic disparities in women's health (Womb WatchAI®).

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

My core advice to others, which reflects the principles I follow, centers on self-advocacy and strategic networking:

  • "Refuse to be your own naysayer": I strongly advise women to reject messages that undermine their ascension and to avoid being their own "adversary or enemy."
  • Distinguish between Mentors and Sponsors: I emphasize that while a mentor provides advice, a sponsor is essential because they advocate for you when you are not in the room.
  • Never Give Up: A recurring theme in my "Words of Wisdom" is the necessity of persistence regardless of the obstacles faced.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

"Master the Why, then the Code". Your value lies in your ability to apply reasoning to a problem that everyone else is ignoring because they haven't lived it. Whether you are on the court or in the lab, focus on identifying the human intent behind the data.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The core challenge is the "Signal vs. Noise" problem. Most tools are simple trackers that fail women when it matters most because they lack the ability to decode the "data desert" of female health. Standing out requires moving beyond "tracking" and into the Bio-Intent Orchestration System™ (BIOS) to distinguish natural biological intent from real health risks. We are fighting to ensure a woman’s symptoms are never again labeled as "normal discomfort" by providing undeniable quantum evidence.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

An analysis of my ventures (Sykes Capital Management, Womb WatchAI®, and my various academies) reveals several core values:

  • Equity and Inclusion: This is central to my work at Womb WatchAI®, where I aim to undo the damage of "male-centric healthcare research" and ensure equitable, personalized care for all women.
  • Empowerment through Education: Through my AI Technology Exposure Academy and the Court Culture Basketball Leadership Academy, I show a deep commitment to nurturing the next generation and providing them with the tools to succeed.
  • Community and Reciprocity: I believe in the importance of showing up for people and allowing them to show up for you, valuing authentic professional relationships and networking as essential life components.
  • Innovation for Good: My work is rooted in the belief that advanced technology should be used to provide "accessible, proactive, and precise" solutions to societal needs.
