Her Interview
Ten minutes with Quantasia
01What do you attribute your success to?
I contribute my success towards the faith that I have in myself, the faith that I have in the promises to come, the faith I have in the visions that I see for me. The faith of my goals, aspirations. Everything centers around my faith.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I've ever been given is nobody can be you. Nobody can be you, and you own that, knowing that you are who you are for a reason. You're your own brand, you're your own price, everything is for a reason, including who you are.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Dealing with people in general can be challenging because humans are unpredictable. You're always having to pivot and reprioritize. It's about trying to find what you can control with uncontrollables.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
What I value most is the purpose that I serve for people, but also knowing what it provides for my son. I have a son, so I know that everything that I do, both personally and professionally, I think about how it serves him and what quality of life can come from my efforts for him.
