She is an accomplished attorney with over a decade of experience in litigation, dispute resolution, commercial law, and appellate practice across both U.S. and international legal systems. Currently serving as Attorney at Offit Kurman, P.A., she provides legal counsel and representation in complex commercial and corporate matters. Prior to this role, she served as Assistant Law Clerk to a Justice of the Appellate Division, Third Department at the New York State Unified Court System, where she gained deep appellate experience, and as Associate at McKinleyOnua & Associates. She also served as a Legal Extern at FINRA, where she drafted and reviewed arbitration awards and supported the transition to a paperless dispute filing system. Earlier in her career, she practiced at Rickey Tarfa & Co in Lagos, Nigeria, where she successfully recovered $500 million in judgment debt for a major rice importer, prosecuted appeals, and provided legal advisory services for medium-to-large companies. She holds a law degree from Cardozo School of Law with a focus on Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property, and International Business Transactions, and completed the Nigerian Law School Bar program. She is recognized as a strategic, tenacious, and results-oriented advocate who combines deep legal expertise with a commitment to achieving justice and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
