About Rabia
I am the Director of Data and Analytics at Infinity, a BPO company. I started there five years ago as an analyst and worked my way up to leadership. Previously I worked in analytics on the healthcare side. My background combines business and computer sciences which helps me at the intersection of business and technology.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My approach to not shying away from challenges and looking to solve problems. I love challenging work and deal with those challenges head-on and execute. This has been critical in every role from individual contributor to head of department.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Always stay curious.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
It's a very good time to enter our industry right now with AI and changes. Be curious, be open to have an open mindset, learn new things, implement them, put them into practice. With a growth mindset opportunities will attract to you.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
With tech and AI everything is fast-paced making it hard to keep up with latest versions technologies and techniques but there is a lot of upside that comes with it too.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity and honesty are what I really value. My communication is very direct and I appreciate people who keep things that way.
