Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute I dedicate this milestone to my mother, who was never sent to school and self-taught herself how to read and write my success to hard work and discipline. Staying focused, following through, and consistently putting in the effort—especially when it’s not easy—has made all the difference in my growth and achievements.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the industry is to stay curious and never hesitate to ask questions. Curiosity leads to growth, and asking the right questions opens doors to knowledge, confidence, and opportunity.
