Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my passion for helping others and making a meaningful difference in their lives. My experience working in the pharmacy world deeply shaped this perspective—it opened my eyes to how heavily people rely on medication to solve one issue, often creating another in the process. That realization inspired me to pursue a more holistic approach to health and well-being, one that focuses on lasting, positive change rather than temporary fixes.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to always do your best while leading with honesty and dignity. Your integrity will set you apart and earn the respect of those around you. Stay true to your values, work hard, and never compromise your character—these qualities will carry you far, no matter where your career takes you.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is staying true to what’s right and evidence-based amid so many differing opinions and external influences. At the same time, this also presents a tremendous opportunity—to educate others, lead by example, and inspire a return to authenticity and integrity in our work. Teaching and guiding others with clarity and conviction allows us to make a lasting impact, even in a world full of noise and conflicting viewpoints.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life center on making a positive difference in the lives of others. I find purpose in being part of someone’s journey toward growth or healing, especially when I can draw from my own experiences to guide and support them. Every opportunity to help create meaningful change reinforces my belief in compassion, integrity, and the power of shared understanding.
