At the same time, it’s essential to set strong boundaries to protect your time, energy, and well-being. What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is that it remains predominantly male-dominated, which can create barriers to advancement and opportunities for women. At the same time, this presents an important opportunity to drive change by promoting diversity, fostering inclusive leadership, and mentoring the next generation of professionals. By contributing to a more equitable environment, I can help break down traditional barriers and support a culture where talent and innovation thrive regardless of gender.
